Each Finwhale® clutch assembly is the result of innovative materials and strict quality control at all stages of production.

1.Unsurpassed resistance to extreme loads

Friction linings, manufactured using an exclusive formulation using composite materials reinforced with glass fiber and metal cord, demonstrate exceptional heat resistance. They effectively resist short-term heating up to 400°C, which protects the entire assembly from deformation during intensive use: in city traffic jams, on long mountain climbs or when towing a trailer.

2.Impeccable ergonomics focused on driver comfort

The release clutch (release bearing) is made of high-alloy steel, which ensures its uninterrupted operation under conditions of elevated temperatures and mechanical stress.Steel release bearings are much more reliable than plastic ones.
The specially designed geometry of the diaphragm spring, made from the highest quality spring steel, guarantees exceptional ease of pedal movement. This solution radically reduces the physical load on the driver during frequent gear changes in a metropolis.
Preliminary balancing of all rotating components on high-precision machines minimizes parasitic vibrations transmitted to the pedal and the car body.

3.Structural endurance, designed for long service life

The pressure plate has increased structural hardness and impeccable cleanliness of the working surface, which directly affects its long-term service life and stability of characteristics.
Damper springs integrated into the driven disk have precisely calibrated stiffness for maximum absorption of torsional vibrations of the power unit. This ensures a smooth start of movement and creates ideal conditions for the operation of the gearbox.

Features of Finwhale® clutch kits

Problem-free installation The delivery includes all related elements for installation, such as a centering mandrel and a tube of lubricant, which frees the mechanic from the need to purchase additional tools and consumables.

Protection against counterfeiting Each box is marked with an individual QR code and a holographic sticker with a hidden logo, which is your guarantee of purchasing a genuine Finwhale® product. To instantly verify the clutch part number, simply scan the code with your smartphone camera.

International quality All stages of production and supply chain are certified in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.

The Finwhale® car clutch is stable, smooth, comfortable and reliable protection for all transmission components. This is a balanced choice, where impeccable performance characteristics are harmoniously combined with an attractive cost, which is confirmed by every kilometer traveled.

In order to optimize the budget for a wide range of cars, we offer both the clutch assembly and its individual components - the driven disc or the release bearing. This is a rational option for cases when other elements of the system have not yet exhausted their safety margin.
