Products
Description
Finwhale® ball joints are designed to meet the most stringent requirements: their performance, housing strength and ball pin hardness not only meet automaker standards, but significantly exceed them.This guarantees increased reliability and long service life of parts in the most difficult road conditions.
Key design features
- The ball pin is made of hardened steel - this ensures high strength and surface hardness, resistance to mechanical loads.
- Inserts are made of high-strength polyamide with a low coefficient of friction.This reduces wear on the part and improves the smooth operation of the suspension.
- Lithium-based lubricant is embedded in the hinge for its entire service life.It retains its properties over a wide range of temperatures and does not require additional replacement.
- The protective cover made of durable and elastic polymer material reliably protects the unit from dust, moisture and abrasive particles.This significantly extends the service life of the support.
- The kit includes one-time installation parts: fastening bolts, locking nuts, a cotter pin, a locking ring, which simplifies installation and guarantees reliable fastening.
Quality control and technical indicators
Each Finwhale® ball joint undergoes multi-stage control in production.The following are tested:
- Geometric dimensions;
- Ball pin impact strength;
- Ball pin rotation and swing torque in all directions.
Test results confirm the superiority of Finwhale® products over industry standards.For example, for models FJ410, FJ411 and FJ480 the following indicators are recorded:
- Finger pull-out force: norm ≥ 2,900–2,100 kgf, actual values - 4,600, 6,000 and 3,500 kgf, respectively.
- Finger push-out force: normal≥ 3,000–4,000 kgf, actual indicators - 4,800, 4,100 and 3,200 kgf.
- Finger surface hardness (HRCe): corresponds to the range 26–32.
- Finger swing angle: normal 53±2, 45±2, 54±1 actualvalues are 55, 46 and 54, respectively.
How to select ball joints
To correctly select Finwhale® ball joints, focus on:
- make, model, modification and year of manufacture of the car;
- or the required Finwhale® part number (for example, FJ410, FJ411,FJ480, etc.);
- or OEM
By choosing Finwhale® ball joints, you get a product that combines advanced engineering solutions, high quality materials and strict control at all stages of production. This is a reliable choice for those who value safety and comfort on the road.
